Returns/Exchange Policy

 

Thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

A return or exchange will only be accepted if the item is unopened and unused with its original package, tags, and labels.

Items must be sent back with a tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return item.

If you are approved, then we will exchange the product for the original product you purchased, or credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment, within five to seven business days.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
